Candidatul Ideal
- Maintain the relationship with the external agencies we collaborate with, offering them support in carrying out their daily activities.
- Evaluate and provide constant feedback to them, in order to permanently improve their performance.
- Maintain contact with the department's external suppliers, dealing with monthly financial aspects (budgets, reconciliations, feedback, etc.).
- Perform internal audit activities, checking how the work strategies are reflected in the activity carried out.
- You will be involved in improving internal processes by creating their automation or by reviewing them and streamlining working times.
- You will be in charge of documenting internal processes and keeping these flows updated.
- You will be actively involved in ongoing projects at the team level.
- Provide support to the team and internal activity.
Descrierea jobului
- At least 3 years of experience in coordinating collection or call center activities
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Performance oriented
- Positive attitude and open to new experiences
- Skills in planning and reporting
- Professionalism, team and customer orientation
- Knowledge of English at least at an intermediate level
