Candidatul Ideal

◾5–10+ years in continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing
◾Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
◾Strong expertise in Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, OEE, A3
◾Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
◾Hands-on, results-driven profile with strong analytical and communication skills

The Role:
◾ As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will drive Lean transformation and operational excellence across our secure card production and personalization operations — from deploying CI methodologies and optimizing value streams to coaching teams and embedding a culture of continuous improvement at every level.

What You'll Do:
◾Deploy and sustain Lean methodologies — Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma, and standard work
◾Monitor and improve key KPIs: OEE, yield, scrap, productivity, and throughput
◾Lead Kaizen events and cross-site improvement initiatives
◾Train and coach teams on Lean tools and root cause analysis (5D/8D)
◾Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
