• Strong knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies
• Proven track record in implementing projects with measurable impact on operational KPIs
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field – an advantage
• Openness to digital tools and practical experience in automation or digitalization – a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to actively contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes and support performance improvement, cost reduction, and digitalization initiatives within the factory.
This role is essential for enhancing operational efficiency, reducing losses, and increasing productivity and quality in a structured and sustainable way.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement LEAN, Kaizen, and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing processes
• Optimize workflows to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity
• Participate in major cross-functional projects, including significant CAPEX investments
• Collaborate with production managers, engineers, operators, and support functions (HSE, Quality, Maintenance)
• Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical, lasting improvements
• Monitor the impact of improvement actions and adjust as needed to maximize results
