Contact Center Transactions Support Specialist

If you have at least 2 years of working experience in Contact Center in Banking field and you possess:

• Student or University degree, preferably Economics
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Bank/Financial Institution Contact Center
• Willingness and ability to communicate with clients via phone or electronic channels
• Energetical, with very good communication skills, result-oriented
• Problem-solving and Entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good team player but also able to work alone and to prioritize her/his tasks
• Responsible and detail-oriented person
• Good level of English knowledge
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field

in ProCredit Bank you will be able to:

• Offer requested and available information to existing and potential clients calling in Contact Center
• Identify and offer the most suitable solutions and support for the Bank’s clients on the services offered by the bank (accounts, cards, transactions, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking);
• Taking over the clients’ requests sent by the clients by phone, e-mail and/ or the Internet Banking platform, investigating and solving them individually or in collaboration with the responsible departments, in a professional manner;
• Communicate with the Head Office Departments and colleagues from Branches in order to share and develop business opportunities and to solve various situations
• Provide an excellent customer care to the bank’s clients
