Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations in an industrial or commercial environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Solid knowledge of local accounting standards and basic IFRS.
- Good understanding of inventory, AP/AR and cash management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Fluency in Romanian and English.

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Review, validate and process financial documents in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with external accounting and tax service providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage inventory, suppliers and customer accounts in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal financial controls.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and prepare payment orders.
- Perform periodic inventory reconciliations between physical stock and accounting records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with operations and warehouse teams.
- Monitor inventory provisions (obsolete, slow-moving or damaged stock).
- Review and validate supplier invoices and ensure proper approvals.
- Prepare and process supplier payments within agreed terms.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve differences.
- Review employee expense claims for policy compliance.
- Monitor customer balances and follow up on overdue receivables.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Process adjustments, credit notes and write-offs when required.
- Prepare regular reports related to inventory, payables and receivables.
- Support cash flow forecasting through collection and payment insights.
- Assist in budgeting and cost monitoring for assigned areas.
- Apply and support internal control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper archiving of financial documents (electronic and physical).
- Provide backup support within the finance function.
- Support local and group finance initiatives when required.
