Requirements
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Member of CECCAR, CCF, CAFR, or ACCA
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an accounting firm, with experience in preparing and filing annual financial statements
- Proven experience working with a Client Portal, including workflows and automation
- Familiarity with Romanian tax reporting requirements (D112, D406 etc.)
Preferred
- Experience with clients in the energy, technology, or media sectors
- Experience using collaborative document tools (Google Drive, Microsoft 365)
- Interest in automation and efficiency-driven work environments

- Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of international clients
- Use Client Portal to assign and track tasks, collect documents, and automate client interactions
- Collaborate closely with other accountants and payroll experts using shared workflows in Client Portal
- Ensure timely completion of VAT, SAF-T, payroll, and monthly close procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement of Client Portal automation
