Descrierea jobului
• Prepares, reviews, and submits monthly statements (D.100, D300, D390, D394);
• Prepares, reviews, and submits monthly statements (AFM, BNR, INS)
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions;
• Check and post deferred accruals (income and expenses);
• Coordinate and assist the closing process to ensure all deadlines are respected;
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from the responsible departments involved in the process;
• Support for all the finance areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets;
• Maintain accounting ledgers as required;
• Engages management over any problems encountered;
• Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information;
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with state authorities;
• Key person concerning the bank operations;
• Support for internal and external audit;
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
