Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Educational Qualifications:
  • College degree of any 4-year course or equivalent work experience
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Account Management, incident management and or quality analysis

At HCL, we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we are looking at experienced Escalation Analyst. The role is responsible for the support and monitoring of account specific processes, customer tailored solutions and escalation resolution. The Consumables / Escalation Specialist works closely with account teams and service desk to ensure contractual service levels are met. Through daily monitoring, the Consumables Specialist is responsible for incident inspections, analyzing account data, providing detailed RCA for escalations, identify opportunities to improve and track actions to closure as well as implement solutions for successful service desk support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage escalations from end-customers, partners and client internal teams, carrying out full investigation, implementing immediate fixes when required and completing root cause analysis
  • Validation and approval/rejection of excessive orders using relevant tools
  • Dues out prioritization / management based on client guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by a positive “can do” attitude
  • Proactive review of processes to identify improvements
  • Contribute to more efficient work processes and maintain the documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and general inputs in day to day improvements
  • Timely and effective communication
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained by carrying out regular quality checks
