Descrierea jobului
• Manage technical support tickets from start to finish, both internally and external.
• Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly.
• Understand and document the customer's requirements, manage expectations, and provide excellent customer service.
• The daily tasks include providing phone and web support for a variety of clients, troubleshoot application Issues.
Schedule: 10:00 am - 19:00 pm (Monday - Friday ).
