Construction Supervising Engineer(Solar PV & HV Substations)

• Engineering background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with interest in renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects.
• Comfortable on site, interacting with contractors and supervising works, but also confident with reporting, documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Methodical and organized, able to follow procedures, manage multiple tasks, and maintain structured project records.
• Clear communicator, capable of reporting progress, raising issues, and coordinating effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Quality- and safety-conscious, with a professional attitude toward QA/QC, HSE, and compliance requirements.

• Reports to the Project Manager and prepares daily and weekly reports on the progress of works.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with provisions related to the project budget, schedule milestones, and construction quality.
• Supports on-site supervision of construction activities and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
• Reviews measurements, certifications, and other contractual documentation.
• Collects and archives the required documentation throughout the preparation and implementation phases of the Project.
• Prepares work progress reports, risk analysis reports, and assessments of current and future requirements, aiming at the timely and accurate information of all involved stakeholders.

• The positions are open to Entry-Level as well as Senior candidates.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Good command of the English language.

Engineers at EATON PC are involved across the full project lifecycle, combining on-site supervision with office-based engineering and coordination work.
