Candidatul Ideal
Principalele responsabilitati vor fi preluarea apelurilor si oferirea de asistenta back-office prin intermediul retelelor de socializare, chat si e-mail pentru a procesa cererile primite de la clienti.

- Capacitatea de a scrie si vorbi fluent, clar si concis in limba romana
- Disponibilitatea de a lucra full-time, in ture, in intervalul 08:30 - 20:00, de luni pana vineri
- Disponibilitatea de a lucra de la birou, la sediul nostru din Bucuresti (AFI Park 3)
- Capacitate de concentrare si ascultare activa
- Abilitati de operare PC si viteza de tehnoredactare
- Orientare catre client si capacitate de a identifica rapid solutii
- Experienta anterioara de lucru cu clientii sau in activitati similare constituie un avantaj
- Flexibilitate, stabilitate si spirit de echipa
