Compliance Clerk (with English)

• availability to work from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m, onsite (Sibiu office);
• English knowledge both writing and speaking at an advanced level;
• University Degree in Law (graduate);
• Experience in customer service / compliance type of role is a plus
• Technical skills in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Ability to work in an international environment (you will be collaborating closely with our colleagues in the UK);
• Ability to prioritise tasks to achieve deadlines and KPIs;
• Analytical and problem-solving mentality;
• Attention/accuracy to details;

• Managing day to day compliance related requests;
• Letters of engagement & conflict checking;
• KYC processing (Know Your Client) - the mandatory process of identifying and verifying the client's identity when onboarding a client;
• Onboarding and offboarding clients;
• Annual compliance training management and follow-up;
• General administrative tasks.
