The Mission

OmniOffice is arriving at the Victoria Center in Bucharest, and we need a proactive, organized, and charismatic Community Manager to help us launch and run this premium location.

In this role, you aren’t just "managing a space" - you are the engine behind its success. Working directly with our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for the daily life of the office, from the first "hello" during a tour to ensuring every tenant has exactly what they need to thrive.

What You Will Do

Launch & Organize: as we are just opening, you will play a hands-on role in the initial setup, helping us organize the space and establish local operations.

Sales & Tours: You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants. You’ll conduct office tours, showcase our value, and work with the Head of Growth to convert leads into happy residents.

Broker Relations: build and maintain friendly, professional relationships with local brokers who bring clients to our space.

Tenant Success & Retention: negotiate lease renewals and terms. Your goal is to keep our community happy, ensuring they want to stay with OmniOffice long-term.

Operations & "The Vibe": You’ll ensure the kitchen is stocked (coffee, tea, etc.), the cleaning crew is meeting our high standards, and the general atmosphere is professional yet welcoming.

Admin Support: handle the essentials - mail, packages, and meeting room bookings - with efficiency and a smile.
