Studio Firefly is hiring a mid-level Community Manager with a strong focus on Customer Experience and real-time Customer Support and good understanding of basic marketing tools.

Skills Required:

Excellent written communication skills
Ability to write clear, concise, and human messages tailored to individual players.

Strong customer-facing experience
Comfortable interacting directly with high-value users in a professional, respectful manner.

Attention to detail
Accurately track player history, preferences, and follow-ups without errors.

Time and priority management
Able to manage multiple ongoing conversations and tasks without losing context.

Basic data literacy
Able to understand player activity, feedback and engagement trends to inform communication.

Reporting skills
Capable of producing clear, structured weekly and monthly summaries.

Marketing Proficiency and awareness
Understanding of email communication, campaign timing, and LiveOps alignment.

Live-service game knowledge
Familiarity with how ongoing events, seasons, and updates impact player behaviour.

Problem-solving mindset
Able to identify issues early and propose practical, player-safe solutions.

Adaptability
Able to adjust tone, priorities, and approach as situations evolve.

Reliability and accountability
Consistently delivers on commitments and follows established processes.
Asset Creation

Photoshop skills are a plus
Previous experience in Customer Support or Customer management roles are needed

What you’ll be doing

- Engage daily with high-value players via dedicated communication channels

- Handle low to mid-tier player issues and support requests

- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and clear communication around game updates

- Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars and community campaigns

- Support and execute marketing initiatives aligned with LiveOps activities

- Plan and execute (or oversee the execution of) basic visual assets

- Track community activity and player sentiment through weekly/monthly reporting

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Community Managers to align on calendars and initiatives

- Implement creative ideas related to engagement, communication, and marketing
