Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communication, content creation, social media management, and market research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CMS.
- Familiarity with communication tools and platforms.

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to work with us on the following tasks:
Align and develop content (lead generation): Work closely with corporate communications to ensure content aligns with overall message and brand strategies for effective lead generation. Develop and customize communication materials specific to the European market to enhance lead generation efforts.
Internal communications: Manage the publication of corporate content on internal communication platforms to ensure timely and accurate distribution of information. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
Social media management: Assist in maintaining existing social media platforms by creating content, engaging with users, and ensuring brand consistency while supporting lead generation campaigns within the team.
Support for events/trade fairs: Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows, including logistics coordination and implementation of communication strategies. Engage with participants on social media platforms during events to improve online presence.
Market Research: Contribute to market research activities within the team, gathering insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development and Industry leaders (stakeholders) to gather relevant information and ensure unified communication and research strategies.
