- Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, driving commercial performance.
- Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.
- Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Track KPIs and results, analyze performance, and report to senior management.
- Shape strategy and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
