KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking for a Commercial Operations Manager (m/f/d) to play a vital role in the KWS sugarbeet business in North & South-East Europe (NE/SEE). The position involves planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives across crops in these regions. The manager will collaborate closely with country teams and Regional Directors to ensure successful implementation and follow-up of initiatives.
Additionally, the Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region and potentially in new markets. While based in Einbeck (Germany) mobility is required to support markets in the designated regions. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity for career advancement. Supporting the Regional Director NE/SEE in all commercial and administrative activities, like:

•Market, portfolio and price analysis
•Planning: Budget, portfolio, price, campaign
•Coordinating & driving CRM performance and development
•Responsibility for single markets (commercial, organizational)
•Developing launch strategies for new portfolio segments or products
•Management of trial setup, and respective analysis and conclusion taking
•Driving cross crop strategic focus area
•Developing data driven reports, e.g. PowerBI dashboards
•Analyzing new market opportunities, business case analysis to extend & reshape KWS business
•Reporting market insights, within KWS internal reporting systems
