- Coordinating a team of 4-5 buyers and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Iasi office.
- Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
- Evaluating and supervising the subordinated team.
- Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
- Analyzing the team’s results and taking appropriate action to improve results in order to reach the set targets and KPIs.
