Candidatul Ideal

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and sales agreements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with ERP or contract management systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Main Purpose of the Role

Responsible for preparing, administering, and maintaining commercial contracts across all sales channels by accurately translating the company's commercial policies, sales conditions, and negotiated customer agreements into contractual documentation, ensuring compliance, minimizing commercial and legal risks, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

1. Commercial Contract Administration

· Prepare, review, update, and manage commercial contracts for various sales channels (distributors, retailers, project customers, direct customers, etc.).

· Ensure the use of approved contract templates and compliance with internal procedures.

· Monitor contract validity periods and initiate renewal, extension, or amendment processes when required.

2. Implementation of Commercial Policy

· Translate the annual commercial policy and approved sales conditions into contractual documentation.

· Ensure that pricing conditions, discounts, rebates, bonuses, payment terms, volume commitments, and other commercial agreements are accurately reflected in contracts.

· Verify alignment between contractual terms and approved commercial decisions.

3. Support to Sales Teams

· Provide contractual and administrative support to sales teams during the preparation and implementation of commercial agreements.

· Collaborate with Sales Managers and other relevant stakeholders to clarify contractual terms and requirements.

· Communicate contractual changes and their implications to internal stakeholders.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

· Ensure compliance with internal policies, delegated authorities, and applicable company procedures throughout the contracting process.

· Cooperate with Legal, Finance, Credit Control, Customer Service, and other relevant functions to validate contractual terms and conditions.

· Identify and escalate potential commercial or contractual risks to the appropriate decision-makers.

5. Contract Documentation and Reporting

· Maintain accurate records and centralized archiving of contracts, amendments, and related commercial documentation.

· Update contract databases and systems used for contract administration and tracking.

· Prepare reports regarding contract status, renewal deadlines, compliance levels, and other relevant management information.

6. Process Improvement and Standardization

· Propose and support initiatives aimed at simplifying, standardizing, and digitalizing contract management processes.

· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, guidelines, and internal procedures.

· Participate in projects focused on enhancing commercial and administrative efficiency.

Internal: Sales, Customer Service, Finance, AR, Legal, Supply Chain, Product Management

External: Customers, Distributors, Commercial partners, External legal advisors (when applicable)
