We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the post-order process to ensure efficiency and reduce administrative burden, with a keen attention to detail.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and involved parties to facilitate smooth operations and avoid errors.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, double-checking all documents and payments for correctness.
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve disputes related to transport or delivered goods.
- Propose solutions for process improvements and effective dispute resolution, ensuring that all details are addressed.

- Excellent communication and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English (B2-C1).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
