Collections Process Associate with Spanish

• Languages: English min B1+ level, Spanish C1 level
• Microsoft Excel skill
• Customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player attitude
• Use specific, simple analytical models and tools to the specific situation

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday within business hours
• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status
