Collections Process Associate with Spanish (Entry level)

• Languages: English min B1+ level, Spanish C1 level
• Highschool diploma (Diploma de Bacalaureat) is mandatory
• Customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team player attitude

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday within business hours
• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︉​︆︄overdue payments
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status
