Collections Process Associate with Italian (Entry Level)

• Highschool diploma (Diploma de Bacalaureat) is mandatory;
• Languages: English - minimum B1+, Italian - C1;
• Customer service skills;
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Team player attitude.

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday within business hours;
• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments;
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments;
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments;
• Updating account status records and collection efforts;
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status.
