Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about customer service? We're looking for a Collections Cordinator to join our team and help ensure smooth, timely, and professional handling of client accounts and outstanding balances.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and execute timely invoicing and data input with accuracy
- Manage collections and follow up on overdue balances with a client-focused approach
- Act as the primary point of contact for billing-related customer service inquiries
- Support the Rental and Maintenance Manager with administrative and billing tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in invoicing, collections, or AR/AP roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software -Profficiency in English
- A customer-first mindset and a collaborative attitude
