COLLECTION SPECIALIST with ITALIAN

Requirements:
•2-4 years of experience in collections or related departments.
•Fluent in ITALIAN, and at least a good skills of the English language
•Knowledge of SAP and FSCM is advantageous.

Diversey is seeking a talented individual to join its dynamic, multilingual Collection team in Bucharest, Romania.

Reporting to the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈Cluster Credit & Collections Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to engage with Italian-speaking clients, fostering strong relationships while maximizing cash flow through effective collections strategies.

Responsibilities:
•Utilize Credit & Collections resources to optimize cash flow via proactive collections efforts, utilizing email and phone communication. Leverage web-based tools to streamline daily tasks.
•Oversee collection activities for delinquent accounts, including negotiating payment plans and recommending further actions such as involving collection agencies or legal proceedings.
•Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the End-to-End Order-to-Cash process and client businesses.
•Implement and enforce collections policies and procedures.
•Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency.
•Lead or participate in various projects as required.
•Generate ad hoc and monthly Credit and Accounts Receivable reports for Finance, Sales, and Senior Management.
•Collaborate with business units and leaders to optimize collections processes.
•Manage escalation procedures for complex situations.
•Review customer accounts, contact customers to facilitate payments, and address inquiries regarding past due accounts.
•Provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate collections efforts.
•Assist Collection specialists with invoice extraction and reporting tasks.
•Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
