Contacting customers with outstanding debts by phone;
Preparing Promissory Notes to be sent to customers;
Identifying payment allocation problems and following up on their resolution;
Identifying cases of fraud and reporting them;
Reporting to the direct supervisor all situations that impact collection activities;
Ensures that compliance rules and internal/external regulations are followed.
