What to Expect:
Launching new projects
Operating the SINGU communication and request system
Implementing new systems and technologies
Technical coordination (selecting appropriate equipment and technology, ordering, purchasing, logistics)
Staffing projects (collaborating with the recruitment department, staffing agencies, etc.)
Communicating with clients at regular meetings
Preparing price quotes and executing projects beyond the scope of the contract
Preparing documentation for payroll and invoicing
Leading a team
Monitoring projects and proposing optimizations
Other activities related to project management
