• Have technical knowledge of automobiles, including understanding vehicle parts and repair processes.
• Have ability to multitask and manage multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.

• Communication with customers, who hold our insurance and need to report or resolve vehicle damage (80% telephone contact).
• Guiding clients through the full claims settlement process - from claim reporting, registration in the internal system, explaining individual steps, and compiling required documents for claims adjusters.
• Online administration and archiving of documentation.
• Damage assessment, handling of the settlement process, closing of the case.
• Verification of estimates and invoices
