You can be one of our “ambassadors of indulgence”. We want to bring our Chocolate Seminars to the next level and are looking for a Workshop Coordinator.
As D2C Workshop Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, promoting and selling HEIDI Chocolate Workshops, ensuring memorable consumer experiences and contributing to the growth of our D2C channels. You will act as the key link between consumers, Marketing, Chocolatiers and Sales to ensure smooth planning, communication and execution of workshops.

Job purpose:
- Coordinate the planning, promotion and sales of HEIDI chocolate workshops.
- Drive workshop bookings and participation through targeted communication in collaboration with Marketing.
- Coordinate customer engagement and workshop communication to maximize traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Ensure a seamless and premium consumer experience before, during and after each workshop.
What you will do:
Workshop Sales & Promotion
- Promote HEIDI chocolate workshops via social media, newsletters, website content or other channels in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Actively drive workshop sales: respond to inquiries, present workshop options, recommend experiences and close bookings.
- Support the creation of workshop themes, descriptions and storytelling together with Chocolatiers and Marketing.
- Track workshop performance (attendance, revenue, feedback) and propose improvements.
Workshop Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate workshop schedules, availability and logistics, manage participant communication before and after workshops (confirmations, reminders, follow-up) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Be present during workshops when needed, ensuring a warm, professional and engaging consumer experience.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, content and community engagement related to workshops.
- Collaborate with Sales and D2C teams to align workshops with broader brand initiatives and commercial policy.
- Gather consumer feedback and suggest new ideas, formats or themes to enhance the workshop experience.

Heidi Chocolat îsi are sediul în Romania si reprezinta o companie cu orgini elvetiene infiintata în anul 1994 de un grup de antreprenori elvetieni, care si-au dorit sa impartaseasca finetea ciocolatei elvetiene cu consumatorii din Romania.
În prezent, parte a grupului KEX Confectionery, Heidi este o prezenta semnificativa din segmentul de ciocolata Premium din Romania, dar si una din marcile de cicolata de top pe anumite piete din domeniu din întreaga lume. Astfel, în momentul de fata brandul este prezent în peste 50 de tari de pe 6 continente si se bucura de apreciere deosebita pe pietele din Germania, Austria sau Polonia.
Inca de la inceput, Heidi a functionat pe caracterul inovativ al firmei elvetiene si a stabilit standarde noi in productia de ciocolata din Romania, dorind sa-si respecte numele si sa-si rasfete cumparatorii cu tot ce e mai bun. Heidi au fost primul producator din tara noastra de tablete cu alune intregi caramelizate prin manufactura si a fost si primul producator de tablete cu cappuccino ce presupunea umplerea ciocolatei albe cu crema de cappuccino, proces imposibil de obtinut, la momentul respectiv, in Romania. Mai mult, desi multi sorteau esecului lansarea unor sortimente mai speciale, Heidi a castigat pariul cu scepticii si a dovedit o elevare constanta a consumatorilor de ciocolata din Romania care au primit cu bine ciocolata amaruie. Apoi, incurajata de succes, echipa Heidi a lansat gama Truffes. De asemenea, Heidi a fost prima companie care a produs un larg sortiment de figurine de ciocolata. Mai precis, in 1996 incepe sa produca iepurasi de Paste care reprezinta o traditie in tara Cantoanelor, bucurandu-se de un succes enorm in Romania.
Ciocolata Heidi este procesata si distribuita catre toate pietele in care este prezenta, din fabrica ce se afla in orasul Pantelimon, Ilfov si tot aici puteti gasi si Flagship-store-ul Chocoword, un concept unic in Romania.
Echipa Heidi se straduieste permanent ca brandul sa fie mereu la inaltime, sa aduca noi inovatii si sa ofere cele mai bune rezultate ale muncii lor pentru ca au ceva in comun: “Pasiunea pentru ciocolata”.
