About the Role:
The Chief Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports decision-making with accurate data analysis, and implements processes to optimize financial performance and growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP tools).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsabilities:

- Supervise accounting staff and support the development of financial controls and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes.
