Candidatul Ideal
To qualify for this role, you need:
- University degree in Economics (Accounting, Finance and Banks) or other related fields;
- Professional experience in a Finance Managerial position / Chief accountant;
- Very good skills on Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word);
- Professional accounting qualification (CECCAR), is an advantage;
- Detail oriented and organized in daily activity; problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing experienced staff.

- He/she will ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Support accounting compliance (i.e. support recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, inventories and fixed assets, cash and bank transactions, accruals etc.);
- Lead and manage the accounting department and ensure all standards are followed:
documentation on behalf of Company on or before the deadlines set therefore;
- The financial integrity of Company’s books and records relating to the firm’s activity;
- Timely and accurate processing of cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Proper handling of all tax matters and timely filling of all tax return related to the Company;
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures; provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems;
- Facilitate and complete monthly/ quarterly/ year end closing according to internal schedule/process;
- Assist with financial audits performed by tax authorities and maintain contacts with public institutions involved (mainly Fiscal Administration);
- Work on other projects as assigned.
