Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (CFDP) or a similar engineering field
- Proven experience in infrastructure/road design
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and execution details
- Availability for regular site visits
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with subcontractors and site teams
- Good knowledge of relevant norms, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other specific tools)
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to technical detail
- Experience working in both design and execution phases
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Previous experience coordinating multiple subcontractors

- Prepare and review technical designs, drawings, calculations, and project documentation for road and infrastructure works (CFDP).
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, assess progress, and provide technical guidance to execution teams.
- Maintain constant communication with subcontractors, ensuring correct interpretation of plans, timely execution of tasks, and alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure that all works comply with national construction standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify technical issues on site and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Work closely with the project manager, construction teams, suppliers, and authorities to support smooth project development
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation as required.
