We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant in the Purchasing Department to support our buyers in managing day-to-day operations and supplier coordination. In this role, you’ll be involved in various administrative, reporting, and data-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes within our purchasing team.

✅ What You Bring:
0–2 years of relevant experience
University degree (completed or in progress)
Very good MS Office skills (Excel in particular)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive mindset, initiative, and attention to detail
Team spirit and willingness to learn

Support the buyer in daily administrative and operational tasks
Maintain databases and master data (articles, suppliers) accurately
Handle internal and external correspondence
Participate in assortment analysis and pricing activities
Prepare reports, forms, and communication for suppliers
Assist in small phone negotiations (e.g. promos, quantities, delivery times)
Ensure follow-up on agreed actions and decisions
Support interdepartmental coordination (sales, logistics, accounting, etc.)
Replace the buyer when absent for calls or basic tasks
Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes
