- Knowledge of fraud prevention and risk analysis in payment processing;

- Experience in operational activity (contracts, data input, information management).
Descrierea jobului
- Monitor, classify and solve the chargebacks received from the issuing banks of the cards used at the partner merchants of the bank, as well as in the ATM network of the bank;
- Keep the contact with the other banks in order to rapidly solve the complaints of the GarantiBBVA customers (cardholders and merchants);
- Permanently verify monitor and update the reports and the documentation transmitted by the international organizations that the bank is member of;
- Initiate the fees for arbitration/compliance cases lost or won;
- Verify the received/taken fees for chargeback activity and decides the correctness of their issuance or rejection;
- Request corrections of bonuses/ interests and commissions regarding the disputed transactions toward the correct departments;
- Have knowledge of MasterCard / Visa rules as well as acquiring and issuing activity for chargebacks.
