About the role

As a Calibration Engineer, you will ensure the effective planning, coordination, and control of equipment calibration activities, including SAP maintenance planning, calibration tracking, documentation management, supplier coordination, and compliance verification to maintain equipment accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to create the maintenance plan in SAP for all equipment requiring calibration;

• Responsible to obtain the quotation from external service providers for the calibration cost of equipment;

• Responsible to send equipment to external service providers for calibration;

• Responsible to manage the calibration related documentation;

• Responsible to monitor in SAP the expiration date of equipment calibration;

• Responsible to perform internal audits to check the accuracy of the calibration data;

• Main interface for on-site calibration with external service providers.

What You Bring

• SAP operating skills;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant area preferred (technical skills required);

• Minimum 3 years of related experience with Metrology processes;

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities at the same time;

• Good communication skills in English written and verbal;

• Sense of responsibility;

• Problem solving skills;

• Attention to details;

• Good analytical reasoning and decision making capabilities;

• Working effectively with other departments to ensure on time equipment calibration.
