Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Specialist, Purchasing Assistant, or a similar position for 2-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or related field – it is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of purchasing procedures
- Familiarity with primary accounting principles and ERP systems
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Proficient English level
- Good MS Office level (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Descrierea jobului
- Execute the full purchasing cycle (from request to order) for both resale and internal use.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the vendors and suppliers.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with internal suppliers to secure competitive offers and establish new collaborations.
- Request and share quotations, prepare purchase orders, and manage contracts for goods and services.
- Organize and monitor transport, including customs clearance and required shipping documents.
- Register and maintain purchasing and invoice data in the Company ERP system and perform primary accounting tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Monitor market prices, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose process improvements.
- Respecting the rules and regulations of the company.
