Main Purpose of the Job:
Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of goods and services, with a focus on international trade. This role involves direct supplier engagement, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in international trade, procurement, or commercial services in the last 4 years.
- Proven international negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, INCOTERMS, quality standards (AQL), customs tariffs (TARIC), and banking regulations (URCC, URDG).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel – expert level).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Category B driving licence is an advantage.
- Personal attributes: intelligence, quick thinking, multitasking, determination, and high attention to detail.

- Identify, negotiate, and pre-contract suitable suppliers and services for tender and commercial projects.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and raw materials from both domestic and international suppliers based on inventory and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Manage international procurement logistics, including customs brokers, freight forwarders (air, sea, rail, road), and accredited quality inspection services.
- Oversee supplier and stock databases using MRN CHARISMA ERP.
- Participate in tender-related procurement processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines and specifications.
