- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency in business process modeling and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of insurance processes, policies, and regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
- Willing to learn and understand the world of insurance
- Openness to people and ideas, as well as enjoyment of varied tasks
- Strong ambition to develop high-quality solutions
- Good English skills

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, objectives, and processes
- Analyze and model data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
- Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
- Work with our team Software Architects, developers and other Business System Analysts to design, configure, and test software solutions that align with business needs
- Assist in the planning and execution of system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system deployments
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to insurance systems
