Business Process Owner – Supply Chain

ManpowerGroup Romania is looking for a Business Process Owner – Supply Chain, responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing Supply Chain processes on a global scale.

This is a highly strategic role focused on ensuring efficient, digitalized, and business-driven processes.
The successful candidate will coordinate process experts and contribute to transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Manage projects aimed at improving processes and operational performance.
Lead initiatives focused on Supply Chain process improvement and standardization.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize technology solutions.
Coordinate and support process experts across the organization.
Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support process transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Standardize and harmonize processes globally, ensuring consistent application across regions and business units.
Define process ownership and governance to eliminate overlaps and organizational inefficiencies.
Act as the key decision-maker regarding process design and standardization.
Define the long-term vision and transformation strategy for Supply Chain processes.
Define and manage the global Supply Chain process architecture and its interdependencies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of Supply Chain experience, including exposure to planning, logistics, and operations.
Proven experience in process transformation and optimization.
Experience in a GBS (Global Business Services) or Shared Services environment.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and planning systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing stakeholders and external service providers.
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
