The role is based in a specialized clinical environment conducting human studies, within a structured, procedure driven setting and in compliance with international standards.
The Sales Representative plays a key role in managing the commercial process, acting as a link between clients and internal teams, and ensuring that all commercial activities meet regulatory, procedural, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Human Medicine, or related areas
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a sales, commercial, or client services role
- English language skills at a professional level
- Good PC skills and experience working with documentation and internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Manage incoming client requests related to cosmetic testing and clinical studies
- Prepare and issue commercial offers in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Communicate commercial offers and general sales conditions to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Inform and collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager regarding all client requests and prepared offers
- Coordinate pre study documentation with clients and ensure timely and accurate transmission of required materials
- Register new studies, allocate internal study codes, and update internal tracking documentation
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of commercial documentation prior to study initiation
- Verify billing details and commercial information for each study
- Ensure traceability and proper circulation of data and documents between clients and internal departments such as Documentation, Recruitment, Administrative, and Technical teams
- Prepare commercial study files for archiving in line with internal procedures
- Identify and report any non conformities or process deviations to the direct manager
- Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and protection of client and company information
- Use internal IT systems and tools according to assigned access rights
- Stay up to date with industry developments and internal procedural updates
- Availability for business travel to trade fairs, conferences, and client locations
- Willingness to travel both within Romania and internationally, including Europe and Asia
