We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with strong commercial expertise and strategic business insight to drive the continued growth and success of our company. The role develops the purchasing of clearance for the assigned area in accordance with the trade purchasing process, while also identifying new business opportunities, leading the Purchasing Department, developing and executing business plans, nurturing client relationships, building new partnerships and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the purchasing of clearance for the assigned area in line with the trade purchasing process
- Identify strategic directions and new business development opportunities for the company
- Lead the Purchasing Department and ensure effective operations
- Develop and implement business and development plans aligned with company objectives
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new partnerships
- Manage and develop team members to ensure high performance
- Prepare budgets, business reports, and ensure maximum profitability
- Collaborate with the commercial teams to improve database performance (segmentation, seasonality, mailing campaigns, sourcing)
- Enforce and monitor the correct usage of the CRM application across all levels in the zone, proposing improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Develop and implement a business development plan for one marketing pole within the assigned zone, in collaboration with the pole marketing team
