About the Role
We are looking for a curious and motivated person who wants to learn how hardware, sensors, and Edge AI products are presented, tested, and sold to real businesses.
You do not need to be a hardware engineer, programmer, or sales expert. We are looking for someone with common sense, good communication, curiosity, and the willingness to learn by doing.
This role is a mix of client outreach, sales support, marketing, social media, basic product testing, and AI-assisted research. It is suitable for someone early in their career, or someone with practical experience in sales, customer support, marketing, admin, medical services, or operations who wants to move closer to the technology sector. Must be able to commit to a daily office presence in Livezeni / Târgu-Mureș.

Client Outreach & Sales Support
- Research: Identify clinics, medical businesses, local companies, industrial companies, and potential clients where our solutions could solve a real problem.
- Connect: Contact prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn, or other channels.
- Communicate: Write short, clear outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Coordinate: Help arrange meetings, calls, and product demos.
- Track: Keep organized records of leads, conversations, objections, and next steps.
- Educate: Learn how to explain complex AIoT products n a simple, practical way.
- Content Creation: Help create simple posts for LinkedIn, social media, and the company website.
- Material Prep: Assist in preparing short product descriptions, emails, presentations, and demo materials.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors, potential markets, and client segments.
- Leverage AI: Use AI tools to draft, research, improve content, and generate fresh ideas.
- Brand Presence: Help improve how AIoTomate presents its products and services online.
- Test: Interact with our device dashboards, data loggers, and interfaces as a normal user.
- Report: Identify and report confusing interfaces, unclear data readings, or bugs in the software that connects to our hardware.
- Learn: Grasp practical AIoT concepts such as Edge computing, sensor integration, computer vision, and wearable tech.
You’re a Good Fit If You:
- Have some previous experience or genuine interest in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Social Media, IT Software/Hardware, Automations, Customer Support, Admin, or Human Medicine.
- Communicate clearly in Romanian and have basic-to-good professional English.
- Are comfortable reaching out to people you do not know via phone calls and written outreach.
- Are curious about AI, smart hardware, sensors, and business..
- Can grasp digital tools quickly without needing everything explained multiple times.
- Are highly organized, have initiative, and can follow up without being reminded.
- Prefer to learn through real-world work, not just theory.
- Do not get discouraged by rejection or unanswered messages.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience in sales, customer support, marketing, social media, software, medical services, admin, or operations.
- Experience contacting clients, suppliers, or decision-makers.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Ability to create simple presentations, documents, emails, or social media posts.
- A strong interest in industrial systems, IoT, wearable medical devices, or hardware-software integration.
