At Gi Group, we are looking for a Business Developer who is commercially driven, curious and always connected to what is happening in the market. Someone who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships from scratch and turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B sales and business development;
- A proven track record in winning new clients;
- A strong hunter mindset, initiative and commercial curiosity;
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- The ability to develop both new and existing accounts;
- Good command of English.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities;
- Build your own pipeline and actively approach potential clients;
- Connect with key decision-makers across HR, Procurement, Operations and Management;
- Understand clients’ challenges and propose the right HR solutions;
- Manage the sales process from first contact to negotiation and contract signing;
- Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities within them;
- Stay close to the market and spot new investments, expansions and business opportunities;
- Work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
Experience in recruitment, staffing or HR services is an advantage, but not a must. We are also interested in strong B2B sales professionals from other industries who know how to open doors and build lasting client relationships.
