- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Full availability for business travel, site visits, and contractor/architect meetings.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Full-time, office-based role.
- Employment contract path: 3-month fixed term → 6-month extension → permanent contract.

- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase project-based sales and grow the company’s market footprint.
- Identify new project opportunities with general contractors, developers, architects, design studios, installers, and construction companies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming investments to align business actions with market potential.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create segment-specific campaigns, promotional tools, and materials that support business acquisition.
- Manage opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and budgets related to assigned segments; ensure visibility on performance and progress.
- Deliver regular reports covering project status, sales performance by solution type, and regional trends.
- Engage in continuous networking and relationship-building within the construction ecosystem to position the company as a key technical partner.
