General Overview

We are looking for a Business Controller professional who combines accounting and controlling knowledge. This role involves active participation in cost management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day financial operations.

Out team needs a a balanced, hands-on professional with a collaborative mindset.

Ideal profile:

• Experience in accounting and controlling
• Background in controlling (experience in Construction industry may be a plus but is not mandatory)
• Understanding of operational accounting
• English conversational level (B2–C1) is a must
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare expense forecast
• Monitor and manage costs, especially related to freelancers and external collaborators
• Manage relationships with vendors and oversee recurring strategic payments (e.g., car fleet, mobile services, cleaning services, and other suppliers)
• Handle payroll payments
• Submit monthly declarations and maintain communication with public authorities
• Prepare and track supplier liabilities and outstanding payments (overdue calculations and notifications)
• Generate Work in Progress (WIP) reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis
• Process bank payments
• Use internal CRM systems for financial tracking and reporting
