The role:
Key member of one of the Data Visualisation squads and in close collaboration with the Product Owner, you will be the privileged partner of the Business Functions to understand and provide for their strategic needs on reporting, strategic dashboards and Self-BI capabilities.

Understand, translate, harmonize and challenge the local business needs to functional requirements.
Support Product Owner in product roadmap definition.
Identifiy and managy key changes in process and/or applications.

Product/Application harmonization
Clearly understand the business vision and the end-to-end process.
Understands, translates, harmonizes and challenges the local business needs to functional requirements in cooperation with a group business and/or IT analyst.
Aligns business with application processes and harmonized processes/products.
Facilitates workshops.
Demand Management
Refine Business Needs with business stakeholders.
Support Product Owner in handling the business needs received for the application.
Participate in the creation of Users Stories (with PO and Super Users).
Support Product Owner in backlog management.
Perform the gap analysis with the current process/product.
Identify Business Needs towards other applications and with the decommissioning manager.
Change request management
Analyze change requests coming from user demands and/or legal requirements,
Determine impact of change requests on business processes and other information systems.
Planification
Identifie migration needs and defines migration rules.
Support Product Owner in product roadmap definition.
Support PO on production on activity reports for the PMO.
Incident Management
As and when required provide support in analyzing Production Incidents.
Testing
Prepare and/or support in defining Test Plans and execution of user acceptance tests, with the PO and Super Users ; participate in functional testing of the application when automated tests are not enough.
Validate migration rules.
Training
Detail and define new application/products training material in collaboration with Product Owner.
Ensure and maintain proper system documentation (user guide, trainings, process descriptions, etc.).
Change Management & communication
Identify and manage key changes in process and/or applications.
Support in the communication for stakeholders.
Requirements:
Skills and experience
At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, preferably in a related field ( financial services, insurance).
Experience in using Jira, X-Ray and Confluence.
Business & Information analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to provide gap analysis results.
Knowledge
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
SQL Knowledge
Business Process Management know how.
Language and interpersonal skills
English – medium/advanced (both oral and written)
Good communication skills (write and oral) and collaboration skills to support the change management.
Nice to have:
Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) knowledge
Experience in Agile Organizational models
Experience in Banking or Finance environment
