Budget Planification Specialist

• Advanced German and English skills (minimum B2 level);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Nice to have at least 1 year experience in the logistics or purchasing fields (preferably in the automotive industry);
• Attention to details, accuracy;
• Strong communication skills.

• Elaborate quotation proposals for components in collaboration with end-customer’s partners, based on the received specifications (approval as well as alignment sessions for quotation proposals, following the predefined flow process);
• Validate and monitor the quotation proposals, including the quality of components, dies and tools for every construction phase, as well as the related data from systems (AplauS/VTC);
• Provide support to the development module engineers in order to obtain a comprehensive and compliant descriptions of test components;
• Operate the parts requirement needs and the related costs (including the project requirements planification), the planning data, and update the offers in client’s systems;
• Approve or reject components orders, as well as quotation proposals, as applicable;
• Provide acquisition relevant data to the Material Planners and Coordinators.
