Branding Project Manager

• Project Coordination: Manage all design projects across various platforms including advertising, social media, and digital campaigns. Ensure all ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︂​︁︃︁projects adhere to timelines and briefs.
• Team Management: Oversee the creative team’s workflow, ensuring all members are on track with their deliverables. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Cross-Departmental Communication: Act as the liaison between the design department and other departments within the company to ensure clear communication and cohesive brand representation in all outputs.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks before submitting projects for visual approval to ensure all work meets our high standards.
• Approval and Feedback: Coordinate with the Creative Director to obtain necessary approvals and integrate feedback into project iterations.

• Proven experience as a Project Management.
• Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (Monday is a plus, Google slide, Excel sheet).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A bachelor's degree in project management or a related field is a plus.
