BRAND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or organization
• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and tone of voice across digital channels
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and content editing software
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms to grow our online presence, increase engagement, and reinforce our brand positioning. Your tasks will include:

• Developing creative campaigns and initiatives to increase engagement and follower growth
• Monitoring social media performance and reporting on key metrics and insights
• Responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner to maintain active community engagement
• Staying up to date with platform changes, new features, and social media trends to ensure content remains current and relevant
• Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align social media with broader brand goals and campaigns
