Brand Manager you will be responsible for the profitable business development of the
dedicated brand, benefiting from the experience and guidance of the Group Brand
Manager and Commercial Manager.
Your profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (beauty supplements, cosmetics is a must)
- University degree;
- Fluent in English and Romanian;
- Strong PC skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong digital & e-commerce skills;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a complex environment;
- Ability to connect easily with people across departments, to raise enthusiasm about
the brand;
- Result oriented, problem-solving and persuasive in selling ideas;
- Ability to make things happen (pro-active, dynamic, flexible, pragmatic);
- Commercial approach to all activities.
Descrierea jobului
- Represent the brand within the organization and cross functional meetings;
- Develop and execute brand plans to meet brand objectives and strategies;
- Develop effective in-store communication and promotions to positively influence
consumer buying behaviour;
- Develop and monitor digital & e-commerce presence of the brand;
- Monitor and manage the brand budget;
- In charge of administrative tasks related to the brand (pricing, labels, reporting etc.);
- Cooperating with the agencies: briefing of the agency, development of marketing
creations, supervision over the implementation of projects;
- Cooperating closely and continuously with the Sales department.
